I'm sort of in the same boat. My bi's and tri's have just never wanted to grow like my chest, back, and shoulders, and they used to look a little frail.
Check these links and make sure to throw them into your workout, they've helped me, big time. Also, follow the "related links" at the very bottom of the threads and see what you can glean from those posts:

Yeah, like bkwrm said, what is it you guys are doing? For example, I used to do bi's on back day, and tri's on chest day, which is fairly conventional.. My arms would NOT grow until I gave them their own day for just arms..

This happens to me but with my chest... I workout at home and I do like 4 or 5 chest excercises for it but I'm not happy. Any suggestions?
Thanks

are you doing leg exercises? please dont neglect your legs when they grow the rest of your body grows too, i throw in weighted dips on chest day and arm day....its my fav upper body exersice, it hits your shopulders tris and chest. and when trying to grow keep the weight heavy and move up in weight 6-10 rep range....and ofcourse eat!

Yup make sure you are eating enough, and you might try what I did by giving your arms their own day. You will be able to lift heavier weights because they wont already be tired from benching, rowing, etc.. Its about working the arms as a priority, instead of piggybacking them onto another workout. Worked for me, might work for you.
Sombra, make sure you're going heavy, but you might try to change it up a bit, experiment with number of sets and reps. What worked for me was going real heavy with low reps, for as many sets as I could do until I couldnt get 3 reps done anymore. Also dont neglect the muscles that indirectly help with your bench, like tri's and front delts. They'll help you pick up more weight.
Im not trying to sound like an expert, just saying what worked pretty well for me, thats all..

if you THINK you have lagging parts, always work them first in your routines,
when you are the freshest, its always easiet to work/do exercises we like the best or
one that we are strongest at,thats normal,,working your legs=being
brought up is a very interesting point, without working your legs your body
can not and will not grow properly,it makes diff hormones released when you work them, just a point.IMF
