I totally agree but I do not think that Vicor looked better thany Jay. i am fairly disapointed though in jay's various back poses you can see that he wasn't as dialed in as Dexter, nor as in the previous Olympia. I truly believe that the food-poisoning aided him somewhat in his overall condition. After all, at this peak level, a ound of water retention can make all the difference in the world. I am very happy for Dennis Wolf too. He has a great package. His physique reminds me of Kevin Levrone...who should have worn the crown on many occasions. Dexter may have desereved better but as said before...who is the most marketable and unfortunately for Dexter he doesn't have the mass. We lost the aesthetics of this sport aloooonog time ago. So sad. God bless.

I'm not a fan of Cutler. He just seems like a prick. I was hoping that someone would come up and surprise everyone.

Cutler works out at the Golds i do. Ive met him several times. Ive seen him interact with numerous fans and basic idiots of the gym, never once has he acted, rolled eyes, shook head, etc.. Im sure its all because hes a champ and needs to act a certain way to remain a positive role model for endorsements, etc... If thats true he is certaily a champion at dealing with people whether he truly beat victor or not.

I'm not saying that he is a prick, he just seems like one. I've read interviews with him and seen him in videos and thats just how he comes across. Could also have been the timing of the interviews and how the writer decided to portray him too.

I was shocked at the results.
I was especially shocked to see Ronnie Coleman bumped down to #4. But I have to be honest, his left side (left lat) was still lagging, and it was real obvious in the pictures and videos. Ronnie's reign at the Olympia is officially over, in my opinion. It's a new age and the younger generation is beginning to take over.
I am proud of Victor Martinez and Dexter Jackson. They looked incredible, and both of them are deserving of the Sandow trophy. Victor Martinez is still a contender, and I think he'll win it next year if he manages to stay on top of his game and continue to compete in excellent condition. Although Dexter Jackson has the development and conditioning of a bodybuilder who is deserving of the Sandow trophy, he will never win it because he's too short.
I thought the biggest surprise of the 2007 Mr. Olympia was Dennis Wolf. That guy has come a far way in a short amount of time. His 5th place placing was well deserved!

Could Victors placing have anything to do with his jail time on a drug conviction?
