I think Toney Freeman the "X-Man" will win because he has the best X-Frame to show.
It's been a while since I've seen Phil Heath on stage (he didn't compete in the Mr. Olympia). So I don't know how much he has improved his physique since then. His best body part is obviously his arms. But because his arms are so massive, it makes his torso look narrow. If he has managed to expand his chest and widen his back, it'll compliment his huge arms. If not, then he won't beat Toney Freeman.
Silvio Samuel is an up-and-coming competitor I like. His slabs of beef are complimented with a tight midsection. Even though he doesn't perform a full-out vacuum, he's able to effectively suck his belly in (like during a Front Double-Biceps pose) to make his physique more aesthetic. That's a plus.
Johnnie Jackson is a competitor who features a powerful physique. With his best body part being his chest, he'll knock out everyone during a Most Muscular pose. I think he'll do well at both the Ironman Pro and the Arnold Classic.
The rest of the competitors I like, especially David Henry because he always competes in excellent condition. But I think Toney Freeman will win the show, with Phil Heath, Silvio Samuel, and Johnnie Jackson following.

Looks like Phil is packin' some serious mass! Kind of reminds me of a bigger Dexter Jackson! Damn impressive...

Phil looked freakin' incredible! He has brought up his back and his arms are incredible! Super conditioning! He's a threat for top three at the O! And while I am not a big Gustavo fan, he look the best he's looked in years. Hats off to him... And then there's Moe, who I have never heard of before tonight. The dude was spot on and looked great! I can't wait to see him in Columbus! Freeman and Henry might bring up their conditioning in the next 2 weeks and peak at the Arnold, but they were both off here. Silvio looked his incredible self as usual. Poor Troy Alves...had more people looking at his butt than Brad Pitt, but just can't seem to dial in his glutes and hams...
You can still watch and/or download the show on bodybuilding.com...
2008 IFBB Iron Man Finals Replay.
SEE YOU IN COLUMBUS!!!

Moe El Moussawi has been on the front cover of Iron Man Magazine. You can see the photo shoot with him and Erika Thomson here:

Those of you who regularly read Iron Man Magazine will probably recognize the front cover at the end of the video link above.
