Now this is one of my highlights of the entire Arnold weekend. This again was from Sunday morning at the Q&A session. Arnold was out talking with Franco. They were just like I remember from the movie "Pumping Iron", joking around with each other. Arnold made some sort of statement about Franco shrinking and Franco came back with, "Just like the California budget!" Classic!
