Thanks! Yes, it is really me and I will prove it to the mods however I have to... well, within reason!! lol

I have read a lot of posts on here (most aren't here anymore) both good and bad so I am sure some of you guys will welcome me!! :-)

I was quite shocked that my name came up on a "fitness" forum since the first years of my adult career I was not into fitness at all. I have never been very active until this past year and still do not consider myself in great shape but still working in it.

I love cats!! They are my favorite pets! My last cat ran away so ow I have my 2nd puppy ever who I just adore. His name is Blade and he is a Brussels Griffon. I will post a pic of him when I figure it out.............
