Need help finding Candice Stamper

I know who this girl is, but I have no information about her whatsoever. I only have one pic of her...but it's fitnessbeauties.com so I couldn't post it. Google doesn't bring up anything of use and I had hoped that EF would come through in the clutch

If anyone has any pictures / info / anything about this girl whatsoever, it'd be well appreciated. There are 2 awesome rep points waiting for anyone with any info or pics.
