celebrity diets and training

Anyone know any celebs diets or training regimes? I found a website which showed a simple plan of Brad Pitt's training routine while getting in shape for Gladiator. Not sure whether it's true though...

Why would I care what Brad Pitt does? Other than bang Angelina, I could not care less what celebrities do. I'm more interested in what Adonis does.

You have to realize that celebrities do not live in the real world. They have more money than they know what to do with, and can plan their days accordingly. Just think what YOU would do if you did not have to worry about getting up and going to a job that you aren't thrilled with. Most people do not have the luxury of being able to have their meals prepared for them by servants, nor can they hire personal trainers that will be able to whip their lazy asses into shape. Most people go to jobs they do not like just to provide for their wives and children, and to pay a mortgage. Brad does not have to worry about that.

Also, most people have to deal with real world stress. Stress takes a toll on the body, and it affects your health and your diet. What stress does ol' Brad have?

I'm more interested in what real people, like Adonis, who will never make what Brad does even if he lived to be 200 years old, does with his time. Real people. real situations. Real diet and exercise programs for normal working class people. Those I find interesting. I don't care what Brad Pitt does.

I find it distressing that we devote so much time to the lives of celebrities. Why would I give a rat's ass what someone with whom I cannot relate does with their time? Unless he is going to send Angelina to me with a big gift wrapped bow on her then I am not interested. He's an entertainer. That's it.

Lol breathe man, it was just a simple question out of sheer curiosity. That's why it's here in the lounge. All i was looking for was information, not a huge lecture on celeb stress and stuff. No offense. I actually just want to relate them to us 'real people'. Although i do agree with your statement in the last paragraph about devoting too much time to celebs, the present waste of time being Britney Spears shaving her head, and some idiot selling Britney's hair on ebay...

If I had to take a wild guess... I would guess that Gman doesn't like Brad Pitt very much.

Also, if I had to guess, I would guess that Gman didn't have a very good day today. But don't judge him on this post alone. Normally he's a very nice cat.

I have to disagree with the dislike of brad pit, I think the way he worded it that he was jealous of bradie baby cause G wants to hook up with Angelina. Now I have to admit I can't blame him for the thought process but he is the one that put the stop to the "Crappy Actresses" posts
