Default A Motivational thought

I don't know if I've heard this before and thats why It popped into my head or what but I just had a thought that seems kind of motivational. If I'm stealing it from someone else who said it then by all means tell me who it was because that is not my intention but there it is:

When you reach your goals, no matter if its in your life or in your training, you will be impacted by two types of people. Those who you cause to be jealous and those who you inspire, but I'll tell you one thing. Just one person that you inspire is worth dealing with 100 that are jealous.

So if you have been inspired by someone, it might just be a good idea to let them know. My sister inspired me to become more environmental and my wife inspired me to pick up those weights, eat right, and live a heathier lifestyle.

It is funny when you try and step out of your comfort zone, set goals, make positive changes, how some will try and cut you down and "steal" your thunder. It reminds me of something an old coach told me.

You have a bucket full of crabs. They are all crawling ontop of eachother but no one is really doing anything. They one crab decides he has had enough. So he carefully climbs over some other crabs to get to the top of the pile. Once there he tries to climb up and out of the bucket, but the other crabs reach up and keep trying to pull him back down into the bucket. So it sometimes takes even more energy to get out of the bucket. But once your out........
