Yup team looks pretty good, i was hoping to get my home boy Rodgers at QB. As commissioner do you have to approve trades? and if a player I wanted doesn't apper to be on anyones team are there rules governing adds and deletes?

Any Cowboy fans out there who would like to get Tony Romo and/or Marion Barber, let me know. Perhaps we can swap QBs or RBs.

A1, you should be able to propose trades without Wil's approval (right Wil?). Also, feel free to start looking at adding/dropping players from waivers. Just use the "add" tab at the top of the page when you view your team.

You submit the trade, the other owner can accept or reject it. If both parties agree then there is a 2-day window in case any other team managers would want to protest the trade (in case a trade is unfair). If enough people protest the trade will be rejected. But as commish, I have no more pull than anyone else. It is actually rare for a trade to get rejected by the league unless it is really lopsided.
And if you want a player from the list of undrafted guys, go to the Player List and search the "Available Players". After a few days, the undrafted guys will switch to being free agents (FA) rather than Wavers (W). Those guys you can pick up immediately. Any Waiver players will show the date they come off waivers. You can put in a claim for them and then you will get them on the specified date... you will get them unless someone else with a lower waiver priority # puts in a claim for them. As it is you have the # 1 waiver spot (since you had the last draft pick), so you'll get first dibs at waiver claims. But then if you use a waiver claim, you get dropped to the # 10 waiver priority and everyone else moves up a notch.

I feel pretty good about my autopicks. It was cool to see what other owners were up to - some picked very close to how I would have.
I like my RB's, defense, kicker, and QB (potential for good trades there). I am trying to pickup some players and improve my bench. My wideouts as a whole are good, but not terrific.
My TE's (Shockey and Winslow) are interesting - both are coming off injuries that kept them sidelined last year. They both could be good ones I probably woudn't have gone after otherwise. Same with my back-up QB (Trent Edwards) -- all he has to do is get the ball in Evans or Owens hands and he could be pretty damn good.
Game on!

Every now and then my work internet blocks some sites (including this one). Here's what I do.
Tools
Internet Options
on the Connections tab click the LAN Settings button
if the Proxy Server box is checked, uncheck it.
In the meantime, which team are you? I can PM you your roster.

Based on the draft results, I am going to guess that EVERYONE was on auto-draft.
Was anybody online actually drafting live?

My auto-draft picked two kickers - that was probably my biggest disappointment with the process. Why the heck would anyone want two kickers when taking 1 is too many sometimes???
Auto-draft definitely makes it interesting - we'll be dealing and moving more in the early weeks to get our teams where we want them.

Totally understandable. I was away because my wife and I went out for breakfast with her sister and little boy. He's almost 2 and yes... all his smiling and laughing made me forget the draft as well.

Might be fun to leave mandate a auto draft for next year to make everyone scramble. i'm having fun so far and the negotiating my first trade was interesting. It's interesting to work with another owner on a trade and get a little aspect on their thinking....
