I forget the big brain who said it (Sagan?) but, while I think it's possible that there's life elsewhere, the chances of them evolving into humanoid form (with big heads and oval eyes) and developing technology to roam about the vast distances of space faster than light are very small indeed.
That said, I think it's fun to entertain the idea that we're being visited. I really enjoy listening to Coast2Coast AM.

I pretty much completely agree with that statement.

I can hardly believe life exist only on this little planet in the Universe. And the variety of life is almost endless, primitive or highly intelligent, humanoids "with big heads and oval eyes", giant insects, living and thinking oceans, society of machines... i think all possible. As Tidalwave said very little chance to meet'em.
Distance and time are our enemies.

I believe there is life out there somewhere...I agree with Ghost Wolf in that some of that life is intelligent.
I don't know what to believe about life visiting Earth - if they've been here, if they'll be here, etc... A part of me thinks why not. Another part of me thinks it won't happen because we'll run out of time.
Hopefully, they're nice and not Predator-like.

Nah. I think that if there really were life beyond our planet, there would be actual substantial proof. Other than hokey grainy pictures and D-boi claiming to be anal probed- I haven't seen or heard anything that would cause me to believe it.
Same as bigfoot.... come on

I have learned to be OPEN to ANYTHING! I would think it very narcissistic to believe WE are the only life......alone on earth there is so much life, alien life too like all the new bugs n stuff being found all the time so why not? We would be aliens to them.....
