How healthy is your brain?

The quiz below only takes a few minutes. I scored a 46/60 - I was hit pretty hard because I don't eat as much fish or consume enough DHA Omega 3 as I should be...I better work on that.

I scored 46/60 if I was working out and eating like I use to I am sure it
would be a lot higher plus i put 0 for fish etc and alzheimers got a vote
so they hurt.same as you runningman as far as score.

Damn- scored a 35 due to diet. Guess I need more fish......

But my state ranked 6th! So I got that goin' for me... which is nice

I scored 51/60! Highest scores in diet and lowest in social health (I don't do volunteer work, lol!)
