I understand toonces,about 2 and 1,I was working 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off thats why I asked
I was doing arnolds push /pull routine and when I started ,it worked great for me of course
I would always end up at the gym doing something ,just could not get enough.It was like the
plague ,hard to shake loose once I got going could not stop except for a few down times,I
would always take a week off after 3 months just to recover.I n the end I was so pumped
I would go 5 and 2s and 6 and 1 s guess that why I am burned out right now.IMF
