hit a telephone pole on pass side....
Coming around a turn not paying attention ran into a t-pole
did about 3000.00 damage air bags did not deploy ,well I
WAS NOT GOING BUT 15 MPH DOWN HILL,and missed the
real sharp turn and the t-pole was about a foot off the road
I split the pole from the ground up,it was a little one of the
pole types, anyways worst part I got a reckless driving ticket.

Good thing you're not hurt. Sometimes the pole being there is a good thing. One saved a friend of mine when she slide off the road in an ice storm several years ago. She centered the front bumper of her truck on one and it kept her from going down the embankment and into a pasture.
