Steelers of Packers?
So who do you want to win and who do you think will win?

My pick was obvious. Although take a look at
the wall in my spare room / dressing room (so as not to wake the missus when I'm getting ready for work)... Pittsburgh Steelers are my favorite team. Reggie White is my
all-time favorite player (and I sort of adopted the Pack as my favorite NFC team).
So... if the Packers win, I won't be too upset (as long as the Steelers at least play a good game).

I really don't care that much who wins, but give a little favor to Green Bay since they are NFC and thus a SB victory would make the Falcons loss to them a little more stomachable. Regardless of all that, I give them a slight edge in the game given the way
they have played the past few months... Hey sidenote here... help me out... I get the whole Green Bay/Wisconsin/Cheesehead thing... but could someone give me a little history
on how the whole terrible towel thing came about...?

It was created by a guy named Myron Cope back in the 70's. He basically just came up with it as a gimmick to get the fans fired up.

Since my Jets r out, and I requested SuperBowl off, i might finagle a way to go down to the keys for the day and do a lil kayaking/hiking/relaxing. BUT if I had to pick Id say Packers win. Packers defense is Good, while offense is great. Pitts defense is
elite but offense is good. Mendenhall is good, but the passing game is lacking. Woodson will shut down ne wide out. Clay Matthews is having a Def Player of the Year year and is gonna come strong. A Rodgers is havin a great year, while back up rb is doing excellent. With the game being played in a domed stadium(cowboys) the weather isnt going to be a factor. So offense will be high with minimum
mistakes due to climatic factors. Pitts defense has been lights out this year BUT i feel like the Packs offense will score pts and maybe even a def td for Woodson. My prediction is Packers 27 Steelers 17....

hey I'm sorry for all you packer fans getting your hopes up. But you can quote all the stats you want. truth be told. You can't beat Big Ben in the Big Game. STEELERS rise to the occasion, no names make huge plays. 38-17 STEELERS

In an effort not to look like a homer i've been biting my tongue. Many around my neck of the woods are lamenting the Steelers as our opponent. they feel we had a much easier path going thru the JETS. I say this to them....PISS OFF!!! if you gonna be the best you gotta beat the best!! I welcome the Big Ben Challenge, I think our D gets a slight edge because of our
corners, Linebackers and D lineman are a wash. The O's are about even but I'd have to give the running game to mendehal and those nasty yellow towel waivers. But at QB it's a toss up, Ben's got lead in his balls but A Rod's got ice in the veins and a never quit attitude. looking at his changed play in the second half of the bears game i believe he was concussed again but wouldn't go near the med
staff. You gotta love the Balls on both these awesome QB's.... Gonna be a nasty fight in the trenches but i think the Pack on top 28-24 With lots of respect to the Steelers, their fans and Ben. But sorry Ben you'll be 10-2 in the
playoffs come next week!!!!

OK A1, based on that I'll go ahead and start watching when it comes on...but if at any point it looks like The Steelers ( note, I did capitalize..) are going to win ... I'm going to go outside quit watching the NFL for at least a year, or at least until Jerry Jones is gone.

The Steelers are finally getting a Super Bowl opponent that the NFL promotes. Should be a good game and the zebras shouldn't have a Stealers bias. So, Pack all the way. Just as an aside, Ben the man deserves no respect. Heck of a player though.

Give me a break. Every team has their moments where calls appear to be given in their favor, and everyone who dislikes those teams cries bias. So hate the Steelers and whine about their success all you want. It won't change this fact...

I think Pouncey will prove to be a big loss when Raji disrupts the running game. Pittsburgh won't be able to pass all game like Green bay so this will even the playing field. I think the Pack can win this game, but the cheap luck and bullshit that is always in Pittsburgh's favor will most likely reign supreme. I am not a Steeler fan because of thier arrogant fans and
would like nothing more than for Rodgers and company to wipe that pompous look off Tomlin's face. Go Pack Go!!!
