 Anyone going to the Arnold?
I know this is a HUGE long shot but is anyone planning on going to the Arnold in Columbus, OH? It will be from March 2-4.

Would LOVE to be able to make it to this one day... Gotta get my full time vacation benefits first though... My friend Rosa is competing there this year; hopefully she gets her pro card this year!

Raij, I would love to take the tour around that expo with you so we could get pics of the babes with us! Your friend Rosa looks like she mans business. Is she sponsored by any companies? If so, I'll try to find her next Friday.

I wish. I have friends competing the USAPL Raw Challenge on Friday the 2nd. If you can drag yourself away from the babes, check it out. There will be some great lifters there.
And another friend is aiming at making the USA Olympic Weightlifting Team. Her
trials are on Sunday. Oh and this lady is a machine... she is also doing the raw challenge on Friday. Yeah... powerlifting meet on Friday, Olympic trials Sunday. She's awesome... Patty Maizels is her name.
I'm hoping those events will be streamed so I can see some of them.

I always check out the lifters, both power and olympic. Saw a guy dislocate his knee a couple years ago squatting. Brutal!

Wish I could. Every year I keep saying "next year". This year, I have a work travel assignment all next week, so flying here and there is not going to be convenient. Plus, I've been out of the gym for almost a month now (mystery illness) and lost over 10 lbs (not the good kind), so I'd like to get some fitness momentum before stalking the
fitness babes at the expo!
Hope some of you folks can go and post up pics to make the rest of us jelly.

She still does some work with Advanced Genetics as far as I know...
