Sam Cooke's SAR Story - Disc II, Gospel Sessions is playing in the living room, but I'm mostly listening to the Pacific Ocean. Transformer ain't bad either, but Lou never managed to surpass his work in the Velvet Underground.

Killers. Saw them in concert the other night and appreciate their music so much more now.
Good, different, a big 80's influence in the sound

John Mayer -- Room For Squares: Neon (track 5)
This album rocks. I listen to it and occasionally play it on the guitar (when I can be bothered to look up a tab on the internet, because John's stuff is ridiculously creative and I can't figure it out by myself. ).

The name Howard Jones sounds familiar. Big in the 1980's, kind of disappeared (in the U.S. at least) and didn't he for a time have a huge mohawk haircut?
