I have read a lot of posts on here (most aren't here anymore) both good and bad so I am sure some of you guys will welcome me!! :-)

I was quite shocked that my name came up on a "fitness" forum since the first years of my adult career I was not into fitness at all. I have never been very active until this past year and still do not consider myself in great shape but still working in it.

I have been kicking around this site for awhile or least when I have an internet connection and I have always been impressed with the topics that come up. I will continue to browse the site when I can and hopefully contribute with something useful.
