Negative Reps

Has anyone ever given someone a negative rep??? I'm just curious. I have never done it despite having had some posts really irritate me to the point that I thought about it (some CON posts spring to mind).

I was just wondering...
I'm sure there are some folks who would have liked to toss a negative my way when I get on one of my right-wing rants.

actually i havent either despite the one you mentioned would stir up all kinds of trouble and thrived on it. came close but can say i havent.

christ i didnt even know you could do negative reps. i only use the positives to sort of comment to the individual who posted something, nothing more. The are about as meaningfull to me as a spoon full of pennies.

besides im quite sure ive pissed most of the board off ( current posters included) with my religions and political rants. Perhaps we should try to keep the board back to fitness where it used to be and away from the politics :0

well politics seems 2 be popular amongst a lot of people and everybody has an opinion in regards 2 it. seems so far so good, weve all talked as adults not flaming anyone.
as far as pissing someone off and getting negged, you'd pretty much have 2 really piss someone off or repeatedly do something wrong.

how do you even do it? do you hit dissapprove instead of approve when giving a rep?

I'm sure once the elections are over the political stuff will slow down naturally.

So you guys have 8 more solid months of me.

J/K... I'll try to tone it down a little. Some have actually commented on staying out of the lounge because of all the political discussions. I know I have strong opinions but I don't want to get to the point of CON where people start ignoring my posts (although perhaps some already do

Uh oh... I may be in trouble. Is it possible to get enough negative reps from mooshue and pliny that my Top Dog status would get revoked?

I've never given a negative rep since I have been a member of EF, but I have been given one and kind of figured someone was trying a little too hard to flex thier authoratative internet powers. I won't say who delivered the rep but I was kind of annoyed by it because I hardly deserved it. Oh well you can't please them all.

im not positive but i think you have 2 aqumilate lots of neg reps 2 affect your rep rating. as cujo put it he repped con neg and his rep points stayed the same.

I would never actually do it to anyone (I didn't even neg rep CON and he was quite possibly the most annoying person I have ever encountered).
