2004 was my first year ever competing in NPC figure contests. I was very successful in winning 5 titles. In 2005 I am focused on using my success to help other mothers get Buff! and not sure if any more contests are in my future.

I’ve gone through and am still going through the same struggles every mother experiences!

I am no different than you:

I am a mother of 4 whose oldest child is 5 years old and the youngest are 2-year-old TWINS!
I have no nanny, no regular sitter or grandparents that baby sit regularly
I do my own cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, errands, etc...
I have days where I don’t get a shower
I OFTEN find it hard to "feel like" working out
At times my kids fight like crazy about not wanting to go to the gym childcare
I don’t come close to eating "perfect"

BUT, I look better and feel better now as a mother than ever before and I want to share my BuffMother! success secrets with you!

Thanks for bringing this Buff Mother to my attention. She is FANTASTIC !!
Her website has loads of pictures but unfortunately they are all shown in Flash. If anybody knows how to save a Flash image please let me know. I hope to see more of Michelle soon.
