Forum Rules! A must read before you post! (updated March 01, 2009)

The rules are simple:

1) This section is for fitness models only; do not post celebrity photos, teen photos or images of random models you find on the Net.
2) If you are not the copyright holder, you may not post images which contain any kind of nudity.
3) Content producers and EF BABES can post topless or semi-nudes as long as they are posting their own material.
4) Images taken from paysites are prohibited. Links to paysites are prohibited.
5) No photo sets sharing; which means no links to RAR or ZIP files containing sets of images.
6) Video files are allowed if they conform to our guidelines.
7) You may not post another members photos without their permission (content producers may post their own work)
8) Whenever possible, a new thread should contain the model's name in the title and, if known, a website link in the body.
9) Be polite and respectful - no trash/smack talking, keep it civil and enjoy.
10) This is a PICTURES section - not a LINKS or DISCUSSION section. New posts require at least one picture - posts without them will be removed at our discretion.

Please adhere to our rules; posts which do not meet our guidelines will be removed without notice to the poster. Repeated violations will result in a loss of your privledges, status or even termination of your account.

I've made a slight change to the 'no generic' thread rule (well, in fact, I've removed it). However, you should know that we put the rule in place because it was so difficult to 'police' these kinds of threads; so as long as everyone can post within the rules and keep the generic threads on theme, we'll give it a try.

Before you start a generic thread, you should make the effort to make sure one doesn't already exist.

There are a lot of fitness babes who are members of this site. This is a reminder that it is a serious violation of forum rules to post pictures of other members without permission. We'll issue warnings when appropriate, suspensions when appropriate, and termination when appropriate. And any posts that the member wants removed, will be removed.

Some clarification notes:
Regarding "Images taken from paysites": Just because you might have found the photo for "free" doesn't make it free. If the originial site offers it as a free sample, that's one thing. But if not, then please don't include it here. It is your responsibility to verify that the photo or video did not originate inside of a membership site. Members who continue to violate this rule will have their accounts suspended.*see below*
Regarding "any kind of nudity": That means exactly what it says. No topless or bottomless photos or videos, even if it's "implied" nudity.
Regarding "No photosets sharing": No more than 8 photos from any single "set" of photos may be posted in this forum. If someone else already posted 5, only 3 more may be posted by you, then no more my anyone.
Videos: If you post a link to a video, you must include one or two screen shots of the content.
Posting blind links to images: Not allowed. If there's an image you want to share, upload it to an image hosting site and post their result here.
Be polite and respectful I can't even believe that I have to explain this, but apparently I do. If a person with any sense of etiquette would not say what you're tempted to type directly to the person he/she is addressing, then don't type it. If you think someone would, but the moderators don't, then you're wrong and they are right.
Regarding "random models you find on the Net": this would include the "Who is this?" sorts of posts. Those are not appreciated, and are contrary to the spirit of the forum. Posts and/or threads like that will be removed.

Also --- posts that promote other forums, unless they are the forums that a (legitimate) model or competitor has on her own website, will be deleted. This includes yahoo groups.

When in doubt, ask one of the forum moderators.

Suspensions will be handed out for violations. Repeat offenders will have their membership terminated.

UPDATE: Lately there have been quite a few postings that are critical of the Babes posted here, and the people who have chosen to share photos. Be advised, that any sort of negativity is not tolerated here. It's gotten very old, and you will be immediately suspended if you post comments that are critical.

*Update 11/07: Quite a few contributors are grabbing pictures from myspace.com or similar sites, and think that they're automatically "free": please be advised that many of those are still considered to be paysite material, and subject to the same rule as above. If there's any doubt as to whether a picture is free or not, we suggest you presume that it's not free and act accordingly.

Update 12/25/07: The comments have gotten out of hand. This is a PICTURES forum, not a discussion forum. Some comments are okay, from time to time - all models and competitors like hearing positive feedback, and a little fun banter back and forth is allowed. What's not appreciated are posts that do not contain complete sentences of at least 10 words; and several sentences in one post (that's called a paragraph) are even better. Don't be shocked or upset if you find your discussion-only post gets deleted - most of us consider it pollution. It isn't really that hard to find photos and post them. If you don't want to post pictures but feel this deep overwhelming need to type something, use the THANKS button - or better yet, try the "I APPROVE" button at the bottom of the poster's name/avatar panel over there <----- and let the guy or girl know directly that you appreciate their work. If your post disappears, don't get angry - you've been warned often enough.

If you find that you've been suspended, chances are it's because you've ignored this too often.

Please stop making posts in this forum that are not much more than thanking someone for their effort.

We actually have a tool for that. It exists in every single post.

The word-only replies in the numerous threads that don't add PICTURES content have become too annoying. Don't be surprised if yours get removed.

Now that the nicities are out of the way.... one of the very first posts I saw today, as the New Year began, was from a guy who's been here since 2005, and made his very first post ever today, after all that time. It was very thoughtful....

1. The site administrator installed controls which are intended to get members to participate, in meaningful ways, in any of the other forums before posting photos in this forum. You must make 20 worthwhile contributions in other areas of extremefitness.com first: if you attempt to circumvent this rule, we won't be very amused. If you attempt to make another forum a sort of substitute for the Fitness Babes forum by posting images there instead of here, not only will we be unamused, we'll probably suspend your account for a long, long time.

2. Videos: if you are going to post a link to a video, you must include at least one preview picture of the video with your post. Any post that violates this requirement is subject to removal, at our discretion (which is 99.9% of the time.) 3. Blind links to images: if your post is a link, and not a photo, it will be removed.

4. One more time: there is no place for nudity of any kind in this forum, unless you are the model or the copyright owner. "Of any kind" includes partial nudes, implied nudes, topless-but-not-showing-nipples, and so on. If in doubt, don't post it. If your post gets edited or removed, so be it. Don't waste our time complaining to the moderators or within the thread, that's a sure ticket to leave.

5. Duplicates of previously-posted pics will be removed. Sure, with some of the bigger threads with a lot of pictures, it is difficult to make sure that what you want to share is original, but please try hard to make sure that it is. And, this really should not be difficult if you personally posted it once upon a time, yourself. Honest mistakes are one thing, but obvious re-posts are another and are not appreciated at all.

Effective March 1, all posts in this forum with photo links are restricted to a maximum of one non-thumbnail picture per post. Please try to restrict the file size of all non-thumbnail photos to something under 150KB.("non-thumbnail" = something larger than 200 pixels in any dimension)This restriction does not apply to CONTENT PRODUCERS and EF BABES as long as they are posting their own material.

Up to ten photo links can be included in any single post. Contributors are strongly encouraged to exploit that feature and only add one post to any one thread per day.

The most preferred method for adding picture contributions to this forum is to use the services of imagevenue.com, imagebam.com, or similar. Here is a link to an instructional post:
