Friday, August 5 - Ava competed in the Southern States Championship and took first in her division and first overall. Tremendous achievement in a difficult competition!

Hi Everyone- glad to have a moment to stop by and say hi. I just started my diet for the Jr. National's which is 13 weeks away. I am so excited and had a great off season.
