Hi Stratorock! I guess I would have to say that my best body part would be my arms and shoulders. My arms are just freaky. I hardly ever work them out because they grow too easily. I get bicep training through my pull exercises (back day) and tricep training on my push days (chest). Shoulders are my favorite body part to train!

Hi Knax! Thanks so much for your interest in what I've been up to! I have just been shooting like crazy. I am still trying to decide if I am going to compete at Nationals this year because I felt like such a peanut at the Jr. Nationals. I stay lean year round because I enjoy the opportunities that modeling offers. The problem with that though is that I have little opportunity to grow. At 5'2", after I drop my water, I walk on stage at a whopping 98 lbs! The other girls have at least 5-10 more pounds of muscle than me. I know that a lot of that has to do with a little hormonal assistance, but I refuse to do that because, being of American Indian decent, I already have a somewhat angular face. It's scary to think that it could change my looks. I really like competing though, so who knows?

As for the supplement question....
For a little while I was working for EPIC Nutrition, who makes 5-TETRA. However, I've since received some endorsement offers from other companies that have become a conflict of interest. Right now I am working with my new employer/sponsor to promote awareness about their brands. Stay tuned, as I will be posting info about those very soon. And, yes, I try everything! I will be candid about what works and doesn't work for me. I can tell you this, I am a big fan of BCAA's, energy supplements and recovery drinks! :-)

That was the nicest thing I've read in a long time!!! Thank you a million times over!!! :-) It's funny, I've always had a complex about my square little face growing up until in my early twenties an old boyfriend pointed out that many famous female movie stars had square jaws as well. I began to feel better about it and it's a good thing, because once I embraced the lifestyle of fitness and learned to get lean, it got worse. :-) I still prefer my face with a little exta pudge but now that I've been super lean, it's tough to allow myself to gain much weight. I prefer to stay lean year round. Vanity, I guess! LOL!

As for starting a thread about nutrition and supplements...I will certainly do that once my website is up and fully functional. I am swamped right now with getting that and some other projects going. I love those topics though, so you will definitely hear from me in that section at some point! :-)

LOL! Yes, reading and cardio are difficult but it's not as hard on the stepmill. If I keep my knees bent and the emphasis on my quads and glutes and not my calves, I tend to stay pretty steady. I like to read because it helps pass the time. Cardio is the worst!!! :-)

As for a show, I'd love to do something involving cooking and nutrition. I LOVE to cook!

As for visiting TX, it's always hot but the south, in my opinion, has some of the best food and the best people! You should come back!

I used to date a High School Basketball coach! It was so much fun to go to his games and watch the kids play. On occasion, he would coach the Jr. High kids. Talk about a bunch of whiners! LOL! It was too funny! They were so cute. Half were super tiny and the other were already giants! :-)

Hi everyone! I only have minute to post. I'm sorry I haven't visited the forum in awhile. I have really enjoyed reading about everyone! I think it's awesome that you've taken the time to write about yourselves. :-) So, thank you!!!

Our family has a very sick puppy on our hands (liver disease) and my brother's girlfriend (only 28 yrs. old) just started cancer treatments this past week. Any prayers would be very much apprecaited. :-)

Anyway, I have been a bit preoccupied, but I will still try and check in on occasion to say hello! I hope everyone is doing well and staying fit!!!
