Okay, I don't want this post become too depressing. On a happy note, I have exciting news about a shoot I am doing in about a week. I am planning to shoot a full day with Ava Cowan!!! We are hoping to do some playful stuff showing us on vacation. Any ideas for clothing or props would be greatly appreciated!!! :-) Have a wonderful day!!!

WOW! You guys work fast!! LOL! I can't believe you already have all of those! That's too funny!

Well, first and foremost, thank you for all of the amazing compliments!!! I'm sorry I haven't visited the forum in a while. I am sad to say that the dog didn't make it. He passed away Labor Day weekend. :-( I have been down for a while and decided to just focus on getting my new site up and running. If you've stopped by lately, you'll notice that the look is a bit more mainstream. I wanted to make it mom approved because I know she'd like to send her friends there to see pictures and to get the diet info. The member's section will have the sexier photos, some video feed, details about my competition prep, lots of workout info and tons of clean recipes. There will also be the opportunity to win contests to attend photo shoots and some other cool stuff. If you guys have any suggestions for other things you would like to see (minus nudity, of course...LOL), please let me know?

Well, I am off to bed. It's waaay past my bedtime. I hope some of you will find me at the Olympia. If you go, please let me know who you are and that you're from the forum! :-)
