Funny-- she was my very first post at EF, back when things were organized a bit differently. I posted this shot:

Interesting-- she started lifting when she was 39 years old! She won the NPC Northwest Women's Fitness Championship-- her first contest. She now lives in Los Angeles where she is closely connected to the entertainment industry. She writes a regular column for Natural Muscle Magazine.

She's always been my favorite. I'm a member of her website. Wish she would up grade her phtogallery since she went brunette  but still I wouldn't mind being marooned on an island with her
