Melissa Budreau's Bio
Melissa got her start in fitness after seeing her first competition in person. That was all the motivation she needed to buckle down and get in the best shape of her life. After realizing the importance and impact of diet and commitment, she was able to make fitness a lifestyle, which has made her a happier and healthier person.
Melissa, competed for the first time in Figure at the 2001 Bill Pearl Classic, taking second place. More recently, she competed in figure at the 2003 Emerald Cup, taking fourth place. Melissa loves the challenge of keeping her body in shape all year round.
Melissa's hobbies include weight training, fitness modeling, hiking, traveling, scuba diving and ballroom dancing.
