"I'm an a 30 year old fitness/ bikini model competitior who has been competing for 4 years now. I have always been active playing sports in high school.
I ended up hurting my knee 1 year, and I had to work with a physiotherapist who had me start training with weights to strengthen the muscles surrounding my knee, and I just feel in love with weight training. 10 years later after dreaming of being on the cover of a fitness magazine, I decided to stop dreaming and start working at make this dream a reality,so I decided to compete.
Once I stepped on stage I was hooked, I can't imagine not competing, I'm always striving to improve my weakenesses and bring a better package to the stage each time I compete."
