How I Started: I am a retired Taekwondo fighter. I competed for 14 yrs and am a 4th degree black belt.
I needed a new goal for myself and took on fitness modeling.
Why I Love It: It helps me to strive constantly for better results.
How I Stay Motivated: I think of the pro fitness models that also have had kids and they look amazing
...also I carry a competition pic of me everywhere...in case i get those nasty craving in season.
BB Accomplishments: I finished 3rd in the FAME National Championships June 07 in the fitness model
