hello, i know its been a thousand years since progress pics, but heres me practicing back double biceps in my shoes! hehe, it was taken on a funny angle but im sure ill get the hang of it soon

Well, I guess I had to make a 500th post, and since I got no witty story to put in the lounge, I'll make a little contribution here.

Do I think you could win? Hell Yeah! If you guys think GG can win the fitness competition in April, gimme a Hell Yeah!

That said, it's all down to you, dear. If you think you can win it, well, gimme a Hell Yeah! And MEAN it. If you doubt, you won't make it. If you believe, you got 1/2 the chance on your side already. You need work, diet, strength (especially of mind!), but it's really really important that you believe in yourself.

You can't look at it that way... the "most" muscle doesn't make the winner-- you know figure contests don't work like that! Quite a few people here think you are a winner, so that should tell you something!

I recommend that you post before and after pictures of yourself, and then admire your own post.

Then you will understand why we think you are a winner.
