Phew!! *wipes sweat offa brow* That almost took forever to read this thread.

Anywho, I'd like to give you some advice, but it seems that I'd just be repeating stuff other people have already said. Besides, what better wiseman (or 'woman' in this case

) than our very own fitness competitor/moderator (and fellow canadian) Ms. Linda Cusmano (aka ItalianAngel).

All I'm going to say is, judging by your pics, you seem to be doing an awesome job, so keep it up! The results are coming along nicely.

Way to go Gymgirl - you look absolutely awesome! You had a good base before you went to the trainer so understand that you did do some of this yourself and with genetics so be proud of that bod girl!!!

First of all, great pictures. I hope you are proud of your progress! I am impressed with your arms-- nice tightness and leanness there. Abs are looking good too.

Secondly, I am not familiar with Promite. I just returned from a trip to Asia and saw ZERO Promite, Vegemite, or Weet-bix/Weetabix. I will have to try Promite in your honor.

hmmm last time i saw Milo he was a superhero! looks like he's de-evolved!
maybe he got zapped by an evil villan and got turned into a shake! careful now. what happens if after you drink Milo he decides to turn back to human form? could get messy. . .

Man, that was one hardcore Milo... 'normal' people put like 2 teaspoons on top of their glass fo milk....i put like 20! Mostly Milo...then add bits of milk and stir... =D

I rarely drink it now that I am watching what I eat...BUT come to think of it... when I lost weight the last itme round, I had HEAPS of milo and lost a lot.

ah well, yummy =)

Personally I think drinking solidified cat pieces to be cruel.

But if it helps with your workout, then go for it!

How come you don't see 'Otis' drinks?

Has anyone tried Marmite?
It's a British version of Vegemite and Promite (which are the Aussie ones!)
Vitamin B packed!! I find that if you are putting something on bread/crackers it's a good alternative to jams etc. Becuase it tastes so strong your less likley to pile it on like you would with a sugary alternative!

oops i was wrong about the promite! i guess its just not stereotypically australian, but 100 times better than vegemite anyway
