I recommend Mike Davies...he is practically in your backyard! I just moved to Ohio from Michigan but I trained with him via internet for 3 seasons, now I am lucky enough to see him in person. As far as wanting to work with someone who competes, he trains the top pros in the world and a lot of the top amatuers and he competed as a bodybuilder for years. No one knows the female physique and the fitness industry better than he does.
He is the best trainer out there and he is reasonable. All is amatures just did Junior Nationals and he had 17 girls make top 5 in their class and 3 of the 4 pro cards went to Fitness Factory girls. I can personally say he has taken me from just a girl off the street to where I am now, a top 5 national competitor. And we did it all with no drugs, just lots of good nutrition and hard work
