Default Concerntration at Work - to do with diet or otherwise?

When cutting for a competition do you usually have a hard time concentrating on difficult things?

my job is quite difficult and I'm making some dumb mistakes - is it the lack of carbs? or am i just having a bad week at work? OR perhaps I'm just tired?

yeah! almost 8 hours a night! still knackered though, i feel a lot better this evening though so I think i might have just been letharged from all that fat burning! BURN BURN! hehhe

its more then likely the combination of all the above you mentioned intense workouts, lack of carbs, lack of calories. the brain is being starved for fuel since it has to rely on breaking down fat&muscle for fuel. not as easily available as as an outside source.

yeah, many of the gals I coach and I also get some memory issues due to the lack of glucose to the brain which it functions on........

daaaaamn, I started having a cup of veggies in the morning to keep me awake during the day. My pay review is in 5 weeks and the comp is in 6. Just found out I have to loose 3 kilos in 6 weeks which means I have to start losing faster, which i assume means I'm going to be more stupid at work!!!
