Thumbs upSimply Simple Whipped Cream

Simply Simple Whipped Cream
(makes 16 servings)

1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp confectioners' sugar

- in a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form
- beat in vanilla & sugar until peaks form
- make sure not to over-beat, or else cream will then become lumpy & butter-like

note: for best results make sure whisk and bowl are ice cold
