Default Need Help With A Diet Please

Due to some recent health issues as discussed in another section of this site I was placed on a Low Cholesterol-Low Saturated Fat Diet back in late October, which I did fairly well with until the Holidays. I was originally told to avoid all fried foods, but the doc later told me it was ok to have my fried chicken or pork on occasion as long as it was lean meat and fried in the proper oil. Anyway what I am trying to get at is if anyone has any ideas of recipes I can use for this diet it would be greatly appreciated as my wife and I only know of a few recipes for baked or grilled chicken and pork and they are getting old fast. So here is a copy of the diet and any help would be greatly appreciated.

This link is for probably the best resource for recipes on the web:

http://www.epicurious.com/

I don't know exactly how many recipes are on this site, but it's got to be tens of thousands. If you're looking for a recipe for say baked chicken breast, just put that word for word into the search function (I just did and got 167 recipes). It's totally free and all of the recipes are ranked by users on the site. Many of the recipes also include nutritional info as well. Good luck!
