An Egg Query
In the morning, i start my job quite early, so i don't always have time to cook and scramble my eggs. I was just wondering; what is the best and quickest way of eating eggs in the morning? Drink them raw, Rocky style? Does different ways of cooking affect the nutrients? What methods of consuming eggs does everyone else use?
Thanks

make yourself a batch of hardboiled eggs in the evening so u can grab 1 or 2 for the ride to work or whatever. You could also make egg salad sandwhich on whole wheat bread toast which is a great protein and carb breakfast. Making the stuff the night before is really convenient if your morning schedule is hectic.

Poaching doesn't take long and you can be getting ready for work while the eggs boil.

Thanks, i've tried knocking 'em back raw, not really a taste i enjoyed, it would be okay if i could just mix raw eggs into something to kinda hide the taste, any ideas?
Also, i like the idea of a hardboiled egg sarnie for breakfast.
Is it safe to cook eggs the night before and put them in the fridge?

My kids easter eggs become my snacks for the next week afterwards. Unless your fridge is unplugged it will be fine, besides i'd feel better about consuming a boiled egg that's been sitting in the fridge for a couple of days than a raw egg.

Eggs:
Egg whites raw are actually bad for your body. There exists a compound that is harmfull for your body that is detroyed when cooked.
Egg yolks however, are nutritionally best raw. Valuable nutrients are lost when cooked.
Soft boilded or poached is the middle ground, cooking the egg white yet leaving the yolk semi-cooked.

taste? what taste? it doesnt have a taste unless you holding it in your mouth and squishing it... make sure your eggs are refrigirated. you crack em in a glass pick up the glass and chug it down. it slides right down. you wont taste a thing. after that you should chug some water down.
yea you can cook eggs and keep them refrigerated the night before.
