How are you with fiber?
Generally gas and bloating occur when you get too much fiber quickly.
For instance say before your diet you take in about 12 grams of fiber, then all the sudden you start your diet and the next day you are takin in 32 grams, the sudden great change in fiber can cause bloating cramps and gas.
If you did do a big jump in fiber calm it down a bit, go up gradually try not and add more than 4 grams a day. Like start of at 12 then 16 then 20, 24, 28, 32 and so on and stop at like 30-35 and keep it consistent. Maybe why its happening some days and not others is some days you may get a whole lot and others hardly any.

Maybe thats not your problem, but it may be so watch your fiber intake, and always drink plenty of water.

Well that depends on the fruit. Some fruits have more than others. Also depends on water, you gotta factor in how much fiber you get and how much you work out that day. Maybe 120 or so on a day with not much fiber and no workout but alot more if u gettin in lots o fiber and workin out. Always make sure you stay properly hydrated during workouts too.
Time for this doughperson to go to sleep.
If you can littlebigs, give me a sample of what u eat in a day.

Thats typical and you shouldnt worry about it. its normal when you are switching your diet. its like making your own bilogical weapons..or who knows? could be the weapons of mass destruction that saddam supposedly had. LOL.

anyways, yes water. start working up and try to shoot for at least a gallon a day. in the beginning it will sound too much, but you will get used to it.

what kind of protein are you taking? i am assuming you are getting gas because of milk based protein...

are you getting massive stomach cramps as well?

If so, then perhaps your internal bacterial flora is out of whack and needs to addressed. I would suggest heading out to your local store and get a bottle of Acidophilus. take 3 daily, morning afternoon evening till all gone. it will restroe everything to normal
