Default Christmas Binging

How many of you binge ate/drank over the Christmas and New Year holidays? Or maybe not binge ate/drank, just ate/drank quite differently to the way you would the rest of the year?

ate differently- especially because of family meals having a desert (usually don't do any deserts), but I definitely didn't binge, and was never over full. So I voted no. also family things kept me from some of my normal workouts. What do the scales say? I gained 3-4 lb. But I've already dropped that back off, plus some.

I actually lost 8 lbs, by slacking off of my diet and training over the holidays. Too much partying and too little training...... but I'm back at it full force for the New Year!

I did
Only cause this was the first Christmas I cooked everything for the whole family I made alot of new things and I made this one dish that was so good I ate way too much of it. Since Im in school for classical french cooking I didnt make the healthiest stuff, but it was the best binge Ive ever had in my life and even if I felt like shit afterwards it was worth it. Im cool now though
