I'm simple I like my fish wrapped in tinfoil, stuffed with peppers and mushrooms, alittle garlic, orange, lemon, or lime juice, on the bbq for about 5 min a side tops.

my grandpa had a recipie for cooking carp. find a 1" pine board season the carp to taste, place carp on board and place in smoker for 24 hours. Remove from smoker, throw carp away and eat the board.

It all depends on the type of fish Lettuce...The fine fleshed fish should be cooked and can be cooked different to the courser fleshed varieties.Beware tho......You can't do a lot with fish,ie;additives or you take away or over power the flavour of the fish.I have a casserole for the poorer/cheaper fish that is a winner.
