Default Tuna vs. Mercury

I tried to find some hard facts on this and it just all seemed sketchy. What i did find is that pregnant women and young children should definitely lower their intake of tuna, i think the suggestion was one serving per week. Seems that the tuna industry really influences the way this information is brought to light by the FDA.

How frequently can an adult male safely consume a serving of tuna?

At this point i have been eating it once a day....due to convenience.

Does anyone eat canned salmon as a replacement?

..thanks

I eat 1 large serving every day. Well, almost every day, every day i go to work. Usually for convenience also.
