Yummy breaded baked Tilapia
had to share the yummy yummy lunch I just ate...
Preheat oven to 450 (on bake)
Spray a pan or dish with non-stick spray (like Pam)
Make a breading with:
Italian herb bread crumbs (I used Progresso)
Parmesan cheese
Butter buds
in a 3:2:1 ratio.
Dredge fresh tilapia fillet in skim milk, then coat with breading. Dredge again. Coat again.
place in the dish, then bake for 5-6 minutes. flip it over, sprinkle conservatively with mozzarella cheese, bake 5-6 minutes more.
