Talking Muscle Building Turkey Meatloaf

Got this recipe from another site, tried it out, and loved it

2 lbs Ground Turkey Breast (99% fat free)
6 Egg whites
2 cups Tomato Paste
2 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Onion (chopped)
2 T Lemon Pepper
2 T Garlic Salt

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. In your baking pan, use a non stick cooking spray (pam). Then put the mixture in the pan, making a loaf shape out of the meat mixture. Put into a preheated 375 degree pre heated oven, for about an hour. (A meat thermometer comes in real handy right here)

With about 50 g of protein per serving, this is a delicious and healthy spin on meatloaf (8 servings)

Looks tasty. Can we use the whole egg instead of just the egg whites instead?

Sure. I think the original creator was trying it keep it super low fat, but instead of 6 egg whites, just use 3-4 whole eggs.

A lot of other meatloaf recipies call for ketchup drizzled on top prior to cooking. I didn't add that, but you can if you like.
