Default need help losing fat

Hi all, need some help losing fat. I've been dieting and exercising since Jan, and have gone from 200lbs to 175lbs, but can't seem to get that belly fat off. My diet is as follows:
0630-4 eggwhites
0900- 1 small apple
0100 pm- 5oz chicken, small salad
0300 pm- 1 small apple, 1/2 cup almonds
0600 pm- 5 oz chicken or steak, 1/2 cup broccoli
I try and keep this as strict as possible, only deviate on weekends, and I drink about a gallon of water a day. I also run 30-40 min a day and lift every other day. I'm sure there are a lot of people on this forum that are experts at getting that last little bit off, now I have about 3 weeks before I go on vacation and would like to know if anyone out there can assist me. All assisstance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

looks like you've done pretty good. It's pretty obvious you're not trying to put on much muscle, but that's ok when it comes to just losing weight. I would up the protein by adding some shakes in daily, and adding carbs into you're diet. By adding muscle, you increase your metabolic rate, which will we all know equals a decrease in BF.

There is not much more you can do in 3 weeks that is sane. You may want to give the Velocity Diet a try. There are plenty of threads about the velocity diet on here, just do a search.

Good luck

try completely changing your diet and exercise routine... your body will get used to things, and you basically need to trick it...

try HIIT training 3x a week (in place of runnning 30-40 minutes)

I've decided to go on the Velocity Diet. Picked up all my goodies today and will start promptly tomorrow a.m., I'm syched and believe this will bring good results. Thanks for your advice. I also wanted to post a pic, so I could do a before and after, but unfortunately, I don't know how to do that either. Any suggestions?
