that last layer
You all know what I mean when I refer to the last little layer. I want it off. Im not fat but I've just got this little layer over my belly. Personally, I think its the amount of bread (whole grain) I eat. I eat about 4 slices a day. Two for breakfast and two on my tuna sandwhich. I was thinking about getting rid of the two in the morning but I enjoy the energy it provides me. I was curious if there were any other carbs that could replace the bread. I already have oatmeal and an apple but I would like that little extra something to help me reach my goal.
