creamy sea butterflied prok chops
Hey guys and gals.
I love to cook... I spend all day in the Kitchen on weekends and cook up a storm for friends and family and have experimented with different types of meats except pork... until now!
I am a big fan of pork chops, but like others have been scared at taking chances of experimenting with pork... Not anymore I came up with a very tasty prok dish. If you are trying to watch your weight this might not be the dish but ifyour on a cheatingday give this recipe a try.
1 cup of Sour Cream (Can use Low Fat)
1 cup of vegtable cream cheese (Again can use low fat)
1 cup Miracle Whip (Can use low fat)
1 cup of any lobster dip you can find
1/2 cup of spinach.
1 cup of Shrimp (Chop into chunks not to small)
1 cup of shreded crab
**** no salt and pepper needed for the above***
4 - 6 thick pork chops
Mix all ingrediants together and put in the fridge until ready to serve.
Now butterflie the pork chops, and marinade with slat, pepper, onion salt or powder and olive oil. Put in the fridge for two hours.
Turn the barbeque on and let it heat up until at max temperature. then put pork chops on and cook 5 min on each side.
Then put the pork chop on the plate and scoop the crab and shrimp mixture and put directly on top of the pork chop and enjoy!
