Nice find.
No doubt the previous owner was so chisled when you wanted to pay, you mistook him for a garden statue....hee hee seriously, you gotta love a bargain....

It was funny when we paidthe lady, she said, "We were wondering if anyone would buy our bb-ing cookbook." My wife asked if she was into working out and the lady said that she and her husband used to be... but now they have kids.
