Default Protein pancakes?????

Do ya'll eat protein pancakes? I its full of carbs (good for the morning) and fiber. Here is my recipe...

6~egg whitesOR 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg
1/2C. oats
1/2~1/4 cottage cheese
5~packets sweetner
cinamon to taste
1tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients in blender. Cook like regular pancakes. Makes 5~6. They will not be thick like a regular pancake. You can really add anything you want to. I add SF. pudding mix to mine and that thickens them up just a little. I hope you like them and enjoy...FYI..You can also cut this in half so not to make as many....

yes but i don't put yogurt in there, i dump a few scoops of protein powder in there. Don't need sweetener or syrup either.
