Default Recipes with Fruit

I love cooking with fruit. Helps me get more servings in my diet and healthy, plus tastes good. Anyway, the Del Monte website has some really good recipes. Thought I'd share. bit.ly/qYT4q (Link loos weird, but if you cut and past exactly like that it works.) Anybody make any of these things before? Kinda of cool that they all use their Chilled Fruit products, so saves on prep time. Gotta love that.

Be careful with the processed fruits if you are on a serious or contest diet. Most of these products will contain high fructose corn syrup or straight sugar. Dried cranberries for instance will contain 20 + grams of sugar in the average serving. That's alot of extra carbs and calories, I'm not poo-pooing the recipes, they looked great, just spreading awareness...
