I use the gym, but I'm not sure what I need to do to reduce my stomach flab and bingo wings (cringes). I only go once a week for an hour (I know unfit).

Does anyone know what you need to do to improve the stomach and arms?

It will be extrememly difficult (impossible) to achieve much with a single, one hour weekly workout. Do you do any cardio (walking, biking, etc.) during other days? Do you have a few dumb bells available at home?

Bingo wings hahah

you can not pick a spot where you want to get rid of the fat. you need to do some cardio e.g bike and running to get rid of your fat. you also need to have diet to get rid of your fat. your diet is the most important thing for your training and too lose wieght. look in the Nutrition & Weight Loss section and read the stickys they have great diets in there and ways to lose fat.

try and go gym more then once a week if you can or just workout at home.
