My Gyms Closing Down
My gym is closing down because of some tax thing.
Apparently gyms are notorious for that?
I'M SO SAD!!! MY GYYYMMM!

Yup, there ya go! Find out if the thing can be bought lock stock and barrel. Find out if you can buy it from the current owner, or if he owes on it, his bank will be real happy to sell it to you nice and cheap if they are going to call his loans etc....
Talk to the current owner and see what's up. Talk to his lease holder, and look for investors etc.... It just may be a golden opportunity! Even in this small community where I live there is 2 YMCA's and at least 2 independant gyms.....
Health and Fitness are two of the hottest things going these days. A good gym should be real profitable.........as long as you pay your taxes..........

Could be worse, they tore down my favorite bar and are now building a 24hr fitness where it used to be... fockers!
