Whoa, whoa...first of all, what are your "requirements"? What have you been doing to try to meet these goals? How old are you? How long have you been trying to meet your goals? In other words, we need LOTS more information!

Call me crazy, but does it seem like there has been a lot of these ultra-vague type questions from first-time posters?

I think it is safe to say they are a sad indictment of our public education system

Sorry Guy, we should have extended a warmer welcome. And if you'll give more information, someone here will certainly be able to help with Better suggestions than we've done so far.

yea we can have a tendency to throw a few smart remarks when the questions are so vague but dont let that get you down. just ask a more clear defined question with specifics in mind and you will get a good recomendation from one or definitely more of us. keep your head up and fire away on the questions.

I was just commenting on how recently we have had a handful of posts like this one... "How do I pack on muscles?" or "What is the best way to lose weight?" ... and they are all by first-time posters... our members give and ask for information... none is provided but then another first-time poster pops up with a link to themiraclefitnesssolution.com or some other such thing.
It all seems like a spamming deal to me.
Now... If this guyhoffman is seriously asking for our help then I apologize.

Guys, sometimes I wonder if it's maybe a language barrier thing......
Anyhoo.....to the OP, maybe you could DEFINE: 'exerciser' for us. is this a pc of equipment you are asking about......and maybe you've posted in the the wrong forum, as this one is for topics related to health clubs and gyms, and NOT exercises or equipment.
Go ahead take another stab at it.....

It isn't only here. At bullshido.net we are getting an awful lot of retarded shit posts with vague questions and a shitload of run-on sentences. It could be a wave of coordinated trolling more than anything.
I'll have to take a different view about the poster, wil. If he really meant to ask for help, he should, at the very least make the effort to explain in details. It is not rocket science, just laziness from his/her part. Not much different from those threads in Yahoo!Answers that are titled "Am I Pretty?" and stuff like that >

I have considered asking that question, but unfortunately, I already know the answer.
