Yeh, I reached my 1 mile goal today
I've been working up to swimming a mile and fianally reached it. Very excited. I want to do a half iron man next spring

Outstanding! Doesn't it feel great when you hit the all important milestone? I finally made it through an Extreme Spin class without having to take any breaks during the stand-up portions.
You should start a training blog, wab, and record your progress for us.

Swimming has been the biggest challenge for me out of all the Triathlon disiplines. Nice taste in avatars there FP.

Yea! that's right, black makes you look tanner. Well and the headless part gives it a little mystery. You never know I might be scary looking.
